Ingredients
3 cup Sprouts (Various)
2 dash Japanese Ginger (Sushi Style), Sliced
2 dash Cilantro, Chopped
1 dash Spring Onion, Chopped
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
2 teaspoon Pumpkin Oil
1 dash Sea Salt
1 dash Ume Vinegar
2 dash Yucon Syrup
Recipe Directions
Prepare the dressing by stirring the Almond Butter, Pumpkin Oil, Sea Salt, Ume Vinegar and Yukon Syrup together.
Pour over the sprouts, ginger, cinantro and spring onion.
Please note: The Japanese style sushi ginger is not raw.

Love phad thai! Thanks for posting this. There is a recipe on Gone Raw for a "raw pickled ginger":http://www.therawtarian.com/community/recipe/buckwheat-pizza-crust. Think this would work for the Japanese ginger?
