Recipe Directions
- 1. Throw the ingredients in a tiny bowl.
- 2. Grab a spoon and take the bowl back to your TV.
- 3. Mix it together while you're watching TV because it can take a little while to mix properly, especially if your coconut oil is hard. It'll look really dry at first, but don't add any extra anything. Just go with my measurements and mix it together slowly and carefully with a spoon. Within a minute you'll get the texture seen in my above pic.
The Rawtarian's Thoughts

Picture this... You've just had dinner. You're watching TV on the couch. Your non-raw husband pulls out a little chocolate bar beside you, and you wish you could have a little taste of chocolate too. What do you do? You run into the kitchen and make my 1 minute raw chocolate fudge, that's what!
It's so quick that you can do it in a commercial break, and...it only requires three ingredients.
You'll notice that this makes a very tiny serving size, so you'll want to make it in a tiny bowl so that you can stir it properly against the sides of the bowl. I use little tiny custard bowls.
This raw chocolate fudge is really sweet so you don't need much of it to get a nice hit of sweet chocolate flavour.
Frozen Recipe Twist: Make a few servings of this recipe and roll them into balls. Then freeze and eat right out of the freezer. The frozen texture is amazing!

Just made this and I admit it is very tasty, but I find it a bit too sweet. Think next time (and there'll definitely be a next time) I'll add a bit less honey and taste as I go. I can imagine that some chopped cashew nuts or hazel nuts would take this to another level. Great to know when that inevitable chocolate urge hits, I have all the ingredients handy.
Loving your site so far - thank you <3

Delish!!!! My fiancé didn't like it because it tasted like dark chocolate and he is a milk chocolate person but I thought it was divine!!

The recipe is absolutely delicious! I love it! I used organic organic cacao powder instead of cocoa and it was too rich and dark, still amazing though! A question about the texture, just out of curiosity: mine turned out to be like very thick dough, it's slimy and not crumbly like in your photo. is this normal?
Thanks!

Next time you probably just want to add a tiny bit less coconut oil - or a bit more cocoa.

I have just begun transitioning to a raw diet for me and my 8 and 4 year old daughters. I was getting worried that I would not be able to find a raw, chocolate treat for us before I found this recipe. We tried it just now, and it was amazing. It kindof tastes like brownie batter before you cook. Thank you so much for this recipe.

Brown rice syrup is an amazing good sweetener substitute. It is one of the only sugars that is easier for your body to process because it is glucose. I also believe it is raw. All other sweeters are fructose, which is harder on the body. Much research has been done and agave is just a bad if not worse than high fructose corn syrup. Yes many vegans do not use honey, but honey also does have a distinct taste, which may take away from a recipe. Anyway, I made this with brown rice syrup an it was amazing! Thank you so much Laura and I would encourage you to try or use brown rice syrup in all of your recipes ;)

Hi Natalie, I don't think brown rice syrup is raw but it is definitely a good option. I haven't used it but it could be a great option for some. I agree about the honey flavour!!

WOW!!! This is fantastic. I was afraid it would be very "coco" powdery tasting and it is NOT. Very FUDGIE tasting to my delight! Just the right amount too! Thanks for sharing this and other recipes on your web site!!!!
