<p>Living in the Los Angeles area has been a blessing in my transition to raw food. I am currently applying for the LAPD, and would love to nourish the positive energy of this city. I envision in the near future also undergoing certification to teach yoga, as many of my previous teachers have encouraged me in that direction, yet the path has not yet let me make that particular journey.</p> <p>I have very recently undergone the transition to raw food (detoxification is joyous is it not?!), and I have been amazed at the resurgent joy I found in preparing food again. I failed to realize how much of a rut I had been in with my eating choices, and my friends and family cannot understand how choosing to limit my food selection actually enhanced the breadth of my epicurean delight.</p>
