I make this salad in double batches, or add other veggies (shredded cabbage, carrots, broccoli florets) and have it for lunch all week. Great to bring to family/friend events where there are non-raw people around.

Recipe Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl at least 1/2 hour before serving.

I have made this with Stevia and Agave and came out great. It is best to kind of blend the agave in with the vinegar and add together.

note: a few times I have not been able to find the premixed broccoli slaw so I improvised by using the shredder blade on my food processor and making my own. Simply use the stalks of the broccoli and some carrots. Pat dry on a towel before mixing.
