Ingredients

2 cups raw cashews (soaked)
1 recipe Fudgy Brownies
1 recipe Chocolate Fudge Sauce
¼ cup raw cocoa powder
¼ cup maple syrup or raw agave

Recipe Directions

1. Blend cashews in a Vitamix with enough water to get it real creamy and smooth.

2. Add cocoa powder and sweetener.

3. Process through ice cream maker.

4. Before it’s done in the ice cream maker, add some crumbled Fudgy Brownies, and pour some Chocolate Fudge Sauce.

5. Freeze for a few minutes, and eat!

Ok we have to stop with the ice cream recipes this late on a Sunday. Wish I would have saw this on Friday night. I will have to save this in my recipe box to try for next week. Just ate the the other recipe you posted. Have a goodnight !!
