Ingredients
Coconut water from 1 young Thai coconut
½ cup young Thai coconut (cut into noodle-like strips)
2 tablespoons dried wakame seaweed (soaked 5 minutes to rehydrate)
1 teaspoon Masman curry powder (we got the spice mix at our local Asian market)
Recipe Directions
1. Place equal amounts of coconut water in two separate bowls.
2. Sprinkle the masman curry powder over each bowl.
3. Place several pieces of wakame in the center and layer coconut noodles on top in a criss cross fashion.

Thank you so much for this delicious looking recipe, and also for info about that tutorial. I thought I had the coconut opening thing figured out, but I got some tips from that video.
I love love love coconuts. I can't wait to try this.
