Ingredients

3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Walnuts (chopped)
Carob chips
Pinch of sea salt
A little lemon juice
Chia seeds
Coconut shreds
Currants or raisins

Recipe Directions

1. Process all ingredients together.

2. Form into cookies shapes.

3. Either freeze or dehydrate at 105 Fahrenheit.
