Easy delicious way to use that green kale growling at you from the fridge! 3. If adding lots of water, you’ll get a green smoothie, but this I made quite thick and ate with a spoon. Both my 8-month-old and 3-year-old had some and liked it.

Recipe Directions

1. Take the toughest part of the kale stem and throw away, or save it for green juice.

2. Blend water, bananas, and green kale until smooth. Add the fruit in chunks--frozen works fine--and blend again.
