Ingredients

1 cup carrot, chopped
1 cup carrot, roughly chopped for blender
½ big tomato, roughly chopped
½ large tomato, roughly chopped for blender
½ large red or orange pepper, chopped
½ clove garlic
½ inch of fresh ginger
¼ cup fresh cilantro
¼ cup sundried tomatoes briefly soaked
1 handful raisins soaked with sundried tomatoes
1 teaspoon curry
¼ teaspoon garam masala
.125 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoon olive oil or less to your taste
salt to your taste

Recipe Directions

everything blended but the raisins and sundried tomatoes, then add these without the soak water and pulse blender until tomatoes are broken up into small pieces…it thickens nicely . i then warmed in the dehydrator for about 1/2 hour while prepareing hubbys food…he kept eyeballing mine over his pizza! teehee
