Spicy, tart and addictive. Great with guacamole or salsa.

Recipe Directions

1. Place lime juice and chili powder (or whole peppers if using) and combine.

2. Add corn and ground flaxseed, process until a dough like consistency.

3. Spread onto Teflex sheets and score into squares or triangles.

4. Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 105 Fahrenheit, flip remove and dehydrate for another 10 hours.

This looks delicious. I wonder if fresh corn would work in the recipe, as frozen corn is likely not raw.

These are so amazing! Ijust made some with fresh salsa! I used fresh corn instead of frozen and it turned out beautiful, so fresh and tasty! Thank you for the idea!

This recipe was fantastic! I used jalapeno in it. Instead of flax, I just added a could handfuls of cashews. I threw in a little bit of cilantro and vitamixed it. These made great spicy chips.

Fresh corn will probably work, it is just not in season here
