1 tablespoon carob powder
1 cup coconut water (from a young coconut)
1 cup young coconut meat (frozen)

1. Blend everything in the Vitamix quickly so it does not heat up. Pour luxuriously into glasses and serve with a straw.
Yogini2@americanyogini.com's Thoughts
By yogini2@americanyogini.com Maca makes it like a malted flavor; the carob plus vanilla gives it a hint of caramel.
Frozen coconut and bananas, which are a staple in our freezer, give it a real old fashioned ice cream milkshake feel without the nasty milk and cream, of course!
I had no need for added agave or sweetener.
These are all just perfect level of sweetness for us here!
It was brunch today and only one Vitamix to rinse and clean up.
