I just started putting mango into my apple smoothies this week. I find the apple and pear smoothies are so grainy that I was becoming turned off by them. Now adding 1 mango to the equation smooths them out and makes them creamy again. Still having all the apple flavor and none of the graininess or separation that was occuring. I make mine with 4 apples, 1 mango, 2 cups water and 2 big handfuls of greens. The orange juice sounds like a nice twist!

Wow this sounds great. I am going to substitute spinach for the romaine.

Mango and apple go so well together! Whenever I make raw applesauce, I blend apples with mango and add grated ginger root. Yummy. Thank you for the recipe:-)
