2 hungry humans
Ingredients
1 pear (cored)
2 bananas
4 dates (soaked)
½ cup cashews (soaked)
¼ cup goji berries (soaked)
1 young coconut (meat and water)
Recipe Directions
1. Soak the dates, cashews and goji berries overnight.
2. Strain that mess and add everything to the blender. Blend and enjoy.
Babycat's Thoughts

Just adding to the multitude of peary smoothies. This one filled me with such joy this morning I had to post it just so I don’t forget about it.
The coconuts I use are hugo and have at least 2 cups of water in them.
I meant to add a frozen banana too but didn’t and am glad as it would have overpowered the delicate peary goodness.
