Yield
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
½ cup Water
½ Peeled Apple
2 cup Spinach
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
½ Avacado
dash Sea Salt
¼ cup Cucumber
1 clove Garlic
Recipe Directions
Throw everything into a blender, mix up, and serve. I like to chop up some scallions or parsley and throw it in as a garnish too. Tastes great cold or slightly warmed. You can even add some curry to make it warmer. Yummy!
AliciaD's Thoughts
By AliciaDI made this one day with what I had on hand. All measurements are approximate. I add whatever sounds good to me at the moment. But this I liked alot more than usual. So I thought I’d share it. This is a very fresh, cooling soup. Enjoy!
