Ingredients
½ tablespoon natural fruit sugar or cane sugar (put in water)
6 cups flax seed (soaked 6 hours)
7 cups water
Recipe Directions
1. Mix sugar into water until sugar is dissolved.
2. Soak seeds in water and sugar for 6 hours.
3. Dehydrate into crackers.
4. Take a brush, dip into water, and get the cracker wet enough to fold into a cone shape.
5. Dehydrate.
6. Put in ice cream and serve.
