Ingredients
1 cucumber
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
Dash of sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Peel and chop cucumber into 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Cover with apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, and salt. You may vary the ingredients to taste.
3. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight, or on counter top for a few hours.

This sounds like a great idea! I think I'll use honey since I don't have any raw agave nectar. Thanks Rosie!

That's alright, Ray took the picture so it was sort of a group effort to get that one up. Oh yes, and he was the first taste-tester! :)
I'm really excited about this recipe. I just love cucumbers. Plus, it looks so easy. Gotta love easy!

My mom used to make these all the time. First ants on a log and now this. Thanks Rosie and Ray for bringing back some great memories!
