i make the same with a spoon of cacao - great for parties as small appetizers shots

udos oil is a combnation of flax oil, sunflower oil coconut oil , eveing primrose oil and many more you can also get udos dha oil which is basically the same only it also has dha alge oil

i always assumed it was but i guess not i bet you could make your own verses by buying all the oils raw individually. i really like the way udos makes me feel

This sounds great but, I didn't think udos was raw. The lime idea sounds good as well.

So delicious! It's the best coffee replacement I've found. It really wakes up your brain! I blend mine with lime juice and honey every morning.
