Ingredients

3/4 c. cashews, soaked for one hour

1/2 c. young coconut meat, from one young coconut

5 c. water

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. vanilla powder

2 T. agave nectar

Recipe Directions

Blend all together in Vita-Mix.

Strain through nut milk bag.

Chill and enjoy!
