1 Zucchini, Spiral Sliced
4 Organic Mushrooms, Cut/sliced/diced
¼ cup Pesto ( see my recipe)
.125 cup Olive Oil
.125 cup Sundried Tomato Olive Bruschetta ( see recipe)
dash Nutritional Yeas Or Celtic Sea Salt, Sprinkle to taste
Spiral slice the zucchini..transfer to plate.
Mix in the olive oil & mushrooms, pesto , sun dried tomato bruschetta ( see recipes)..
sprinkle w/ nutritional yeast and/or celtic sea salt/adobo..
My FAVORITE dish .. SO FAR!! lol
