Raw Fusion Chili

This is a wonderful chili that takes less time to make then the conventional one. Let it sit overnight in the fridge and it tastes even better.

Crumble in your favorite vegan patty, bean sprouts, or other veggies to get it a chewy texture.

We recommend serving it over soaked wild rice, soaked whole oat groats, or soaked barley.

Top with some Pure Cheddar Nut Cheese and you have a real treat!

Raw Fusion Tomato Basil Soup

This is a quick and easy soup that you can serve warm or cold.

It takes less time to make then heating up a can of soup.

Craque-lin (Flax Crackers)

Very simple flax crackers.

The taste is pretty neutral so it's good either with sweet or savory topping or dip.

Cowboy Cookies

I saw a cooked version of this recipe in the back of a copy of Martha Stewart Living, and thought I could make these raw.

So here they are: my raw version of Cowboy Cookies.

They’re a good thing.

I use part cacao butter in my cookie recipes so they hold up out of the fridge/freezer, and in this recipe I think it needs the hint of white chocolate taste.

Whole Carrot--Tabouleh Style

A delicious way to use the leaves of carrots.

The carrot leaves taste delicious, so don’t hesitate to put more.

Curried Tomato and Mango

Delicious, juicy, sweet, and lightly spicy.

I found the idea to sprinkle curry powder over tomato and mango on a French non-raw blog.

Then I invented this recipe around this idea, adding a vinaigrette and fresh basil.

Curry Lentil Salad

Most raw foodists are asked “How do we get our protein?”

Well here is an easy raw recipe with 9g of raw delicious Indian spiced protein. :-)

I recommend doubling the recipe if you have enough room to sprout a full cup of lentils!

I sprouted my lentils for less than 2 days for this particular recipe. You can choose to sprout a little longer depending on your preference.

If you do not have a mandolin, finely chop your zucchini and carrots into small strips (See picture for reference).

Happy eating! :-)

Mojito Watermelon

Mojito lovers, lend me your ears! Or tongues, as the case may be.

This is the lovechild of my two favorite summer treats.

Served chilled, it’s crisp and refreshing, and the sweet-tangy flavors compliment each other well.

Caveat: I should add that the whole melon-citrus thing is not ideal food combining, so if you’re especially sensitive to that kind of thing, you might want to skip this one. If you’ve got a stomach like Chuck Norris, proceed.

Prisca's Singapore Rojak

We have summer all year round in this part of the world. Rojak (Malay word meaning : everything being mixed together) is an especially refreshing and appetizing dish.

It’s sweet and sour, yet at the same time savory and spicy. Enjoy!
