2 Ears of Corn, kernels cut off
fresh dill to taste
3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions

Cut 2 ears of corn off of cob. Place in bowl. Season with fresh dill, salt & pepper to taste. Voila!
