I made this on a whim trying to think of a way to use up some avocados. I was originally trying to make a smoothie, but it was so thick, I decided it was pudding instead, haha. My blender wasn't able to handle all the thickness.

1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. I would use a food processor unless you have a Vitamix!

I made this tonight and put blueberrys and slivered almonds on top. Also, I didn't add the agave, the mango and blueberrys were sweet enough.

Matt - i think it kinda does. its very good! i ate the all of it in one sitting. its defenitley a good way to eat avocados. and thanks my earlobes ar currently at 1 5/8". 00g was a LONG time ago haha!
