Ingredients

¼ cup Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 clove Garlic
2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
2 Shallots
½ cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions

Throw everything in a blender and blend until mixed and creamy.

I am really curious as to how much olive oil is required here as I am a beginner in raw foods. Making my own salad dressings will put me at about 85% raw.
