Sounds delish ~ question... is the raw mustard prepared raw mustard or mustard powder?
Do you mind sharing your Raw parmesan recipe?

Well I bought my raw parmesan from a whole foods store so there really is no "recipe" that I used and unfortunately same thing with the mustard, although, someone did tell me once that all mustard is raw.. I don't know how true that is though.
