1 small necterine
1 cup spring water
pinch of ground cloves and cinnamon
2-3 dates

no theyre like a spice similar to cinnamon. any way its prob in the spices section at the grocery store

oh yeah i forgot.. if u cant get cloves a pinch of nutmeg does the trick too!
