Yield
Serves one adult and one child
Ingredients
3 sweet apples (grated)
2 handfuls of strawberries (hulled, cut)
1 large handful blueberries
½ lemon (juiced)
1 tablespoon honey
Recipe Directions
1. Juice lemon into a large bowl, remove seeds, and then add honey.
2. Mix well.
3. Add apples, mixing well to coat with lemon and honey to prevent browning.
4. Then add berries and mix.

wow... i saw this a while back and didn't read it because it looked so much like coconut... now i see this is apple! I'll try this one ASAP! Thanks - looks amazing!

this looks great! why does the skin come off the roof of your mouth in the first place? hated that cereal!!!=)

Ok you are so right I had to change the recipe name! And it kinda taste like crunch berries except you still have the skin on the roof of your mouth when your done eating em!

That's an amazing picture. Kids have gotta love it more than oatmeal! I keep thinking that's coconut! It reminds me of birthday cake ice cream- it would probably be great frozen!
