Ingredients
¼ to 1/3 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 avocado
Strawberries (for dipping)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend agave/maple, vanilla, and cocoa until well incorporated.
2. Crumble the avocado and add to blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour mousse into bowl and serve with strawberries as a fondue.
