I realize there are 157 recipes for Guacamole on here, but thought I’d share mine. It’s pretty simple and I find it is enough for me to eat alone if I’m hungry or for two as an appetizer. I eat them with flax seed crackers.

Recipe Directions

Cut avocados in half and scoop out into bowl. Mash to desired consistency. Add red onion, garlic, jalapenos, tomatoe, and cilantro. Squeeze lime into mixture. Mix in oregano and cumin. I made this recipe after eating Guacamole at Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant. They told me the basic ingredients, so I went home and tried it. The oregano is what makes it a bit different.

This is very similar to my guac recipe, but I had never thought of using oregano or cumin! Very yummy!

Also, I had extra sprouted lentils, so I took a bite of some guac with some lentils on top and it was GOOD! I love the crunch and freshness they give it... pretty neat for texture melding.
