Ingredients

2 large parsnips (shredded through a juicer)
1 large jicama (shredded through a juicer)
¼ cup flax (ground)
¼ cup parsley (chopped)
Salt to taste

Recipe Directions

1. I juice to get the right consistency of pulp for my breads, but feel free to shred your own way!

2. Mix all the ingredients.

3. Spread on parchment in your dehydrator, and dehydrate until still soft but dry,

i have only ever seen one once in the uk (very yummy)

So you do not use the juice at all, just the pulp, right?

How thick do you spread your ingredients on your dehydrator?
