Joined October 14, 2008<p>After having been on a raw food course (The Raw Food School – Andrew Davis) held in Glastonbury, Somerset,UK I am keen to try out lots of different recipes!</p> <p>I am quite new to the idea of raw food and have enjoyed getting all the different ingredients. ‘Tree Harvest’ in Ledbury, Hertfordshire, UK has a very good selection of raw nuts, dried fruit, cacao and lots more.</p> <p>I find that coming up with tasty breakfast ideas has been a bit of a challenge so far, not used to having green juices for hreakfast. I am sure that I will get used to it in time.</p> <p>I am trying to get my daughter to eat more raw foods but not that easy so far as she does not like nuts or dried fruit! Any ideas gratefully received, thank you</p>
