<p>I attempted to go raw in JAN of 07. I felt great but I ate cooked food after about 2 months one thing led to another and I was off the RAW bandwagon. 30 days ago I made a real commitment to go & stay raw. I have been recording my journey on youtube and I love making videos to help others get turned on about RAW.</p>
