Yield
2 large glasses
Ingredients
2 cups organic coconut water
1 cup organic wild blueberries (frozen)
1 cup organic frozen berry mix (blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries)
2 tablespoons organic hemp seeds (soaked)
3 tablespoons goji berries
2 tablespoons acai (dried)
2 tablespoons organic raw agave nectar
1 head raw ginger (about 1 inch worth)
Recipe Directions
1. Simply put all the ingredients into the blender and you're done. I run it on low for about 5 seconds, then high for about 15-20 seconds to break down the hemp seeds and ginger.
Healthymarcus's Thoughts
By healthymarcusThis has goji, blueberry, acai, blackberry and raspberry with a nice kick of ginger!
I take this about brunch time and I’m set for a good while because I drink the entire thing.
It's about 450 calories, if drinking it all at one shot. However, you can serve it out to 4 people easily.
If you want it to be more smoothie-like, just add ice and more sweetener.
Enjoy!

yum, yum. Can't wait to try this, but I'll downplay the ginger - that much would burn a whole in my stomach. I d.o love ginger, though

I am crazy with the ginger after trying some very powerful stuff from a Nutritionist friend of mine. He puts waaaay more ginger and wood roots and sea moss and cayenne pepper and more!. Talk about "FIRE IN THE HOLE!!" LOL
