Ingredients
3 Ripe Avocados
2 Key Limes
Handful of Cilantro(Fresh Coriander)
1/4 large onion
Half of a Medium tomato deseeded
Half of a Jalapeno deseeded
Salt to taste
Recipe Directions
Half avocados and remove pit.(Reserve 1 pit) Scoop out insides using a spoon.
Mash Avocados using a fork and plate. Transfer mashed avocados into a bowl.
Dice tomato,onion and jalapeno. Add to Avocado mixture.
Juice limes and rough chop cilantro and combine all ingredients by stirring.
Finally, don’t forget to add the reserved avocado pit to prepared guacamole. (This will ensure that the avocado color does not’turn’ and stays green and fresh.
Salt to taste and enjoy!

I used to live next door to an El Torito in Tucson. This was made per order in a molcahete while the Mariaches serenaded. Great recipe, thanks for the 26 year old memory!
