This sounds so good! Have you ever tried it with some kind of oil in it?

This was really good. I also tried mixing some with one of my sweet dressings, and it was a great balance of flavors!

Hi Miss Thomas! I have to admit when I saw this recipe at first I thought ewww tomatoes and mangoes-- no way! But I just came across this recipe that also uses this combination except they added kiwi and red pepper. Check out their banana taco shells- they look fab too! http://therawtable.com/recipecoll/tacos.htm

Mango salsa is so IN right now too! I would add a little fresh corn to the taco shell recipe just to make it a little more normal. But there's a great hordeurve for ya! I'd also add some jalepenos and fresh lettuce and avocado slices.
