Could it be possible to use some nutritional yeast to give it a cheese flavor?

Sorry - this is my first recipe. I am trying to update it. For one zucchini I used 3 soaked sun dried tomatoes and 2 TBS of the dried Basil and 2 TBS of the dried Oregano.

I must admit, I added the herbs to the already-made walnut-tomato pate, but it still tasted great! I knew my family would like it, but instead they all gave excuses as they usually will. "I'm full", and then they stick their hands into bags of chips and the like haha. And miss tunacupcakes, it tastes well with a bit of nutritional yeast. =)

Plan to make these in next few minutes...instead of mixing in altogether in bowl, I'll jusy put zuchini in dehydrator and top each slice. More work initially, but should be less clean up.

I'm so excited you guys like it! Pianissa, I took your suggestion and added light as a discription. I didn't even realize you could search 'light' recipes, but I will definitely be trying that.

yes, in fact if you add "light" to the tag words in the recipe (on the bottom) then it will come up when you "click" light on the new front page of this website. i just noticed this.
