Kerrycv's Thoughts

A tasty way to use chard!
It needs to marinate for about 20 min in order to lose the abrasive-chard taste and take on the sweet-tangy taste.
Really delicious! Lots of vitamin C, A, K and iron!

ah yes I left that out - I put in about 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (I roughly guessing - really I just kept splashing it in), but I like it very acidic. You can taste it as you add it in (add cider vinegar first) although the chard will be very strong tasting at this point!
