Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

I thought the flavor was pretty authentic. It's a bit like cookie dough made with whole wheat flour.

This is a high-fat recipe, and I don't know if there are acceptable substitutes for some of these ingredients.

No Sugar Macadamia White Chocolate (Anti-Candida Friendly)

I came up with this concoction to satisfy my craving for something dessert like while on a low sugar anti-candida diet.

Of course, it's not sweet, but the vanilla really helps out with that. Enjoy!

All measurements are approximate so you can adjust them to your likings.

To get the seeds out of a vanilla pod, cut it down the middle longways and scrape the seeds out of each side with a spoon or knife.

Beets Your Meat Raw Vegan Burgers

This recipe makes use of that pulp you get when you juice. I hate throwing it away and use it up in all kinds of things.

This meat substitute "burger" recipe is good raw, dehydrated, or cooked. In this version, we are keeping it raw.

Use a collard leaf as your tortilla and wrap it up with lots of raw condiments.

I had mine on a collard leaf with seed cheese, tomato, sauerkraut, and onion. I picked the whole thing up and folded it like a taco. Yum yum yum.

Collard leaves are the new bread. :)

Caramel Apples

This was something I came up with in trying to find a sweet snack that was low fat, quick, and easy.

After getting it just right, I offered samples to the meat eating men in the house and they all said it tasted just like caramel apples! They were right.

It was gone in about 5 minutes. You may have to play with it to get the consistency you want.

Dairy-Free Creamed Spinach Dip

This is a raw, dairy-free, creamed spinach dip sure to delight all. It is loaded with spinach and has a delicious creamy taste.

Serve with flax crackers or cut veggies. You may just be tempted to make it a meal!

Sweet Potato Crepe Wrappers

This is a slightly sweet, slightly spiced wrapper that would work equally well for a blintz (with nut cheese, raisins, dates, and fruit) or a spring roll stuffed with savory veggies for dinner as in the photo.

Each wrapper here has a different combo of kelp noodles, avocado, king trumpet mushroom, spiralized carrots, thinly sliced red cabbage, thinly sliced fennel, cilantro, and yellow tomato.

Three wraps per person should make a satisfying dinner.

Salt And Vinegar Potato Chips

Salt and vinegar potato chips.

A variation on Rawkidchef's potato cakes recipe. You could also try this with sweet potato.

I am interested to try it with yuca but don't know how well that would work with the spiral slicer.

Makes a great crunchy, salty snack.

Fresh Radish Dip in Lettuce Boats

This is a super quick, easy dip/spread.

This could be served as a veggie dip, or as a dressing (add a little water to thin.)

You could add a little nutritional yeast to the radish dip for a cheesier flavor.

I would love to eat this as a sandwich between two slices of raw onion bread, lettuce, brandywine tomato slice, grated carrot and sprouts. Yum!

Heavenly Banana Split

I love having this for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Basically whenever I feel like it!

This is my favorite raw vegan concept of a banana split!

Sometimes I also add a handful of spouted and dehydrate buckwheat groats on top when I'm in the mood for something crunchy.

This recipe is pretty versatile, so feel free to play around with it and adjust it to your taste.
