Berry Delicious Torte

This is the easiest and prettiest raw dessert I’ve made so far, and I love it!

This would be a fun one for kids to make and eat!

I sprinkled some crushed walnuts and added a mint leaf, but the possibilities are endless! Enjoy!

Veggie Chili

A chunky chili with veggies and no beans.

Very tomatoey with a nice crunch from the peppers.

Smooth and creamy from the avocados.

Creamy Tomato-Avocado Soup

This soup is creamy, delicious, and very comforting. I came up with it using what i had in the house.

The miso gives it a nice touch so you don’t have to add too much salt. Enjoy!

Couldn't Be Easier Granola

This is a really easy granola that reminds me of fall.

I’m a big fan of cinnamon and so this satisfies my sweet tooth and is helping me out with nutrients too!

It does make your house smell pretty good.

Banana Bread

I sprouted way too many buckwheat sprouts, and I was looking for a way to use them up.

I was also working at the hospitality kitchen and they needed people to take the extra bananas. Naturally, I volunteered. (Who could let bananas go to waste?!)

Anyways, I wound up with tons of bananas that were perfectly ripe and won’t last that much longer.

So I put the buckwheat and bananas together with a little vanilla, agave, and spice and it turned out a lot better than I expected.

Broccoli Patties

I fancied a satisfying low fat meal and this is what I came up with.

They are so easy to make, pretty affordable, and versatile.

My Sesame Fix

I just love my sesame seeds.

Try not to eat it all at once. I usually solve that problem by sharing. :)

Pig Lovin' Liverwurst

All the taste but none of the guilt!

Wild Blueberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake blew non-raw people away!

I made it for an Easter brunch as a dessert.

Those who ate it could not believe the silky and tasty cheesecake that was dairy- and egg-free.

Enjoy this delicious dessert or snack!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Just like porridge! Yummy and substantial.

I like to garnish my oatmeal with soaked almonds and some agave, but the options are endless.

Note: Yes, raw oats do exist, however, uncooked, dry oats work fine despite not being technically raw.

Just like a smoothie, this recipe can be supported by many additions for nutritional support. You decide on the sweetness!
