Ingredients

1 bunch kale and/or other green, like dandelions
.3 cup olive oil
¼ cup pine nuts
½ avocado
water, to obtain thickness that you want
salt and pepper
lemon juice to taste
maple syrup if desired, maybe 1 tablespoon

Recipe Directions

I blend this all in my blendtec and pour it over zucchini spaghetti. Yum.

it's one third of a cup of olive oil--really, this makes enough for like 5-6 servings. You can put in less or more olive oil as you like.
