6 bananas (frozen)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon carob
Dash of almond extract
Dash of salt
Dash of cayenne
Dash of clove

Recipe Directions

1. Put it all in your high speed blender (or food processor) and make it sing!
