4 Lrg Zucchini, Spiralized
2 tablespoon Brown Miso
2 tablespoon Nama Shoyu
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
2 cup water
Blend last 6 ingredients in vitamix ( or whatever blender). Pour over zucchini in a bowl. Garnish with chives.
