Yeah - do you soak the dates first? I may try something like this in the Vita-Mix so it would get really creamy! Oh, yeah, and how much vanilla?

Rachel, Thanks for the question. I use medjool dates that are plump and moist so it isn't too difficult to mash them. I will update this specification in the recipe.

Angie, I don't soak the dates first, and I usually just pour some vanilla in--I'm guessing 1/2 tsp. Using a vitamix sounds like a great idea to make it really creamy.
