Joined November 5, 2007<p>I’m a 38 year old mom of 3 and grandmom of 1! I want to live the raw lifestyle to start turning the clock backwards and feel & look younger . I have basically cured myself from the fibromyalgia I was diagnosed with about 14 years ago- controlling it with diet and exercise. My health is an ongoing experiment though and I am just searching for the magic combination of foods that will make me feel wonderful every day. I think raw foods are going to be the magic combination for me. I have been raw for about 2 months now and, after an intense detox brought on by going raw cold turkey, am finally starting to feel the energy! This website is definitely going to keep me on track!</p>
