I am interested in raw & organic food because I know they are healthy for you. I am trying to educate myself on different recipes and ways of incorporating these kinds of foods into my diet. I have been reading the book Rawsome! by Brigitte Mars and I am learning so much about the benefits of going raw.
Update: As of 3-27-08, I have gone 100% raw. I feel this type of diet can help with health issues I am currently dealing with and prevent new issues from coming up down the road.
