<p>Have been macrobiotic on and off for a few years. I am trying to find a “cure” for the inflammation (some say arthritis, some say raynauds, they all agree that they don’t know for sure!) in my joints. I grow a great deal of my own food and want to take how I eat and what I grow to the next level by going raw.</p>
