<p>Iam a 33 year old fiber artist, handspinner, wool worker, gardener and health foodie who lives in Israel with my hubby and 2 sons. I love Yoga and take classes and work on it at home. I have been reading books and implementing more raw foods into my diet for the past few months now. Just switched from juicing to green smoothies and feeling great! Next in the plans is to plant an organic garden with tons of greens! I am not into the hype of this lifestyle and am very real and honest person. Raw food isnt an image for me but a way of living the healthiest way I know. You dont need a slogan to do that, just be real and be yourself.</p>
