<p>I am going raw! As of Saturday. Use to be vegan then became very ill, I have a protien deficency and was convinced that I needed to eat meat. Was eating meat for almost 6 months. Never felt any better and my concious was falling apart. Since Saturday I already feel so much better! My only concern is getting a lot of protien. So I am trying my hardest, reading a lot!</p>
