<p>I've been vegan for about a year and a half, and I've been tinkering with raw food for the last 3 years. I love vegan junk food, but on the flipside, I love eating nutrient-dense raw food. Since I finally got a Vitamix blender and an Excalibur dehydrator, I'm going to try to make a lot more raw food.</p>
