<p>I’m approaching 50 yrs old this summer! I’ve had the good fortune of enjoying fairly good health despite my best efforts, lol. I’ve been in recovery from drug and alcohol abuse for over 10 yrs and I just celebrated 4 yrs smoke free last month!</p> <p>I’ve always had an interest in all things natural. My journey has now taken me down the raw foods path. I do not expect myself to become a “purist” by any means but I really do enjoy fresh, raw foods and I hope to continue to include more in my diet.</p> <p>I’m so grateful for sites like this which allow me to interact with other like minded individuals!</p>
