A raw oma

<p>I went raw back in Oct. 2007 after going to Germany to visit our daughter,son-in-law and grandson. Mainly because walking was a chore, trying to keep up with them on hikes was a chore and I was always out of breath. I turned 57 last week and feel better today than I did 5 years ago. This has been great so far, getting to meet other raw fooders at potlucks that are held here in town.</p>
